  My first experience was good, not so my second experience. I was told after 3mos. that my item sold for an acceptable price, and then a month later I get a check for half of what it should have been. The explanation defied logic. I was told the original purchaser brought it back due to condition. When something used is purchased it's always sold as is. So then I was told it sold again at half of the first purchase. I was never contacted while all of this went on. I believe this all is in contrast to their stated written policy. The price dropped almost 300% in one month. Seller beware! PS if there was any condition problem they would never put it on their floor. The Windsor Cottage offers a needed service, I just wish I could feel comfortable with my experience.
