  These guys are the best. They are incredibly honest, friendly, punctual, professional, and skilled. Our washing machine's transmission blew out. Scott and Joe were very knowledgeable at diagnosing the issue at hand and could have sold us a higher priced new transmission or encouraged us to buy a whole new machine through them (which we considered on our own because they supply Speed Queen's which are incredible). Instead they recommended the most cost effective and reasonable fix and replaced our transmission with a used one we were lucky enough they had in stock for $175. That included the service call, labor and parts with a 6 month warranty. We didn't even ask about a used one, they brought it up and saved us some money because they clearly care about doing things right and putting the customer first. It also should be noted the used transmission they supplied us is better than our damaged one because it has all metal parts compared to newer versions with lots of plastic parts like ours had that fail quicker. Which again, I would have no clue about if it wasn't for Scott and Joe's knowledge and honesty. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Scott and Joe at West End Appliance.
