I purchased West Elm curtains online and, when it came to washing them, found that they had shrunk 2-4 inches in length per panel. I brought the curtains into the Grand Rapids store and was able to exchange them free of charge, even though they had been purchased online. Yay! Thank you again West Elm GR team!
