  Worst job I have ever Worked!!!! Renee "Lowest of 3 bosses" and his family run the place. This job runs strictly on favoritism his father can walk around all day long and do zero work You can be doing your job. He will come around and harass you to work harder do more and do more. When ever there's a situation that comes up he will never work with you. But let it be one of his friends or family. He takes care of them. Most unfair place I have ever worked it is built completely on favoritism. The job works you like a slave, When summer time comes around 60 hours or more a week mandatory. You have no time for your family. Instead of making another shift they rather work you like a slave. Your working 5am till 5 or later only to be back at 5am 6 days a week. Beware of this job before you apply. Don't make the mistake i did!!!!

  Horrible place to work for. I haven't had a worse manager in my life. Renee and his family basically run the place, and Bob (plant manager) is a complete ass. The HR there is not acceptable and they WILL get rid of you if they don't like you.
