  GO to a Corporate store!! I was lied to and my account with "Four Lines" was charged huge fees. The owner did nothing to resolve until 8 on your side got involved!! All they want are activation's and they will trick you into a plan that only benefits them because they get paid for "Activation's" Go to Grandville store and deal direct with a corporate store!!

  Fraudulent. They called my daughter and told her she needed a new SIM card for her iPad to continue service. They said they offer it free as a courtesy. They called again and offered $100 credit if she would accept. None of this was true. We ended up with additional charges for 2 iPads while we still have only the one iPad. ATT recognized this as fraud and removed the charges. They have begun investigation. This dealer has also added insurance to our phone without authorization. Use another dealer.
