  The design staff was very friendly and easy to work with. We spent Thousands of dollars on semi custom Haas cabinets and very happy with them at first. After a few months the cabinet doors started to show some raw wood. I called Standale and they told me that was normal and wait a few months to asee if they go back to normal. When they did not I contacted Standale again and since then have been going back and forth between Standale and Haas and still have no answers and have gotten no real help. It has been a year now and I am still trying to get this issue resolved. Don't ever go through Standale they only care about making money and not the customers. I have gotten now where with them. I can't even get anyone to return my calls. Very disappointed with them.
