  I had been with Sprint for just over 2 years when I decided to go with another carrier. The coverage was so-so and the speed was very slow. Sprint (or at least the team on Michigan street) made the transition a HORRIBLE experience. Every time we spoke with a team member they left out important details on next steps and didn't know how to properly transition our phones/service over. After being told several times that my phone was unlocked and my number could be ported over, I went to AT&T to complete the transition. Low and behold, my phone was still locked and my phone number was thrown into limbo. Sprint later told me that my phone wasn't unlocked in their system (I did everything I needed to do) and it will take several days for a request to go through. In the meantime they gave me a number I could call to "win my phone number back". Just shaking my head and over this nightmare of a company. If you're going to use Sprint, don't go to this location. No one there seems to know what they are doing and we always had to call elsewhere to get anything figured out. This was all just the icing on the cake. The customer service was always terrible.
