  I have been working with Pro Lab for the past twelve years. Customer service has always been professional and timely. The staff has, on many occasions, contacted me immediately when they detected errors that I had made in the ordering process and they worked hard every time to rectify the issue and ensure my satisfaction. Print quality is always on point whether ordering express prints or full service color corrections. I have worked with a number of labs that didn't come close to this level of service and professionalism. I feel that they were genuinely concerned with my order and did their best to provide a premium quality product to me, their client. I would recommend them highly, without reservation.
