  Frequent shopper of many platos closets in many different cities and states. This one is like double to triple the cost of many I've been to. At these prices you may as well go to Marshalls and get it brand new.

  Everytime I go in there, they don't buy anything from me. I make sure to check my clothing thoroughly and wash before going there. They say everything isn't up to their standards & need to be washed, yet when I walk around and look at the clothes on the rack, they have stains, holes, look overly worn & they are trying to sell stuff for $20+ in those conditions?

  Greeted by a very rude girl who didn't care about us as customers and was snobby about the entire situation. This was my first time there so I didnt know what to do and she wasnt exactly helpful. I brought in 2 garbage bags full of clothes in which a good amount of them were name brands and hardly worn. After a good 45 minutes of waiting and wandering around the store (which was not busy at all) they ended up only choosing 2 items of clothing from my huge bags full. They chose a pair of Forever 21 leggings & a Victoria's Secret sleeveless shirt. The combined retail price is approximately $70. However, they only paid me $4.29. I understand that I would not receive even close to retail price, but $4??? And it's not like she paid me for all of my clothes... I will not be bringing clothes to them ever again, or buying from them for that matter.
