  Worst customer serve I have ever had and this was my a "supervisor" who left me on hold for over 30 minutes, had an attitude the whole time and I still have the excess charge on my card. No more business for HO, Lowes or Menards has to have better customer service than this.

  Do not buy carpet here. Carpet itself is fine, and the people who put it in were conscientious and did a good job. The company they contract with to schedule carpet installations, Untied Home Services, is terrible. Had to schedule six weeks out; nothing sooner. Two days before install, they called to reschedule. Said if we didn't take a new date three weeks farther out, they would push us farther down the list and we'd have to wait even longer. Day of install they called to reschedule again, saying installer's truck broke down and we had no choice. Installer was already working in our house, no broken down truck. Liars never prosper, unless they work for home Depot scheduling carpet installations in Michigan. Had to wait over two months to get carpet replaced in our flooded basement. Multiple calls to store management and national HD customer care number provided no resolution or improvement. Free installation: you get what you pay for. The rest of the store is fine.
