  EPS was great to work with. The sales team answered all of my questions, and the installers were not only super friendly but also efficient. They finished my install ahead of schedule. I got a follow up call, and was happy to receive guidance on some things I hadn't thought of until I was using the system. Thanks EPS, for the excellent customer service!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with EPS team! A few highlights... Sales rep was very professional and didn’t push anything more than what we needed or asked for. System has great functionality - from touchscreen on control panel to mobile apps - super convenient and easy to use. Installation by a friendly technician of our security, fire and SkyBell was easier than expected and done on time. One of our favorites is the SkyBell door bell/camera - from safety of knowing who’s outside our door to answering a “call” when we’re away from home. Overall, it’s about our peace of mind and EPS delivered!
