  My wife brought her engagement ring here because the main diamond was loose. It took about a week to get it back and upon getting home and looking closely at the ring, we found that the main diamond is now crooked and the prongs are pretty messed up. It's a white gold ring, and a lot of the rhodium has been rubbed off and two of the prongs have large defects in them now. Update: I went back to the store a couple days later and to their credit, they gave me a refund and offered to fix the rhodium. They wouldn't, however, accept responsibility for the crooked stone or the damaged prongs.
