  My Mac became completely corrupted due to the Sierra OS software update the day before Thanksgiving. Apple couldn't accommodate support at the store and recommended Computer Rescue 911 as an approved service provider. I'm self employed and can't live without my laptop. Sadly, I was completely out of commission and in a complete frenzy. They escalated my issue (you pay extra for this, but so worth it), communicated with me proactively, worked hard on my behalf with Apple to do what was right to save me extra steps and headache and recovered all of my data (when they thought they couldn't) - all by Friday afternoon. I plan to go straight to them versus Apple for any future issues. A+ service and team!
