  WOW! I ordered a new heavy duty tilt mechanism and gas cylinder and I'm blown away! The tilt mechanism i received is made from 1/8" steel! You can feel the quality! I'm willing to bet this thing will last a lifetime now! If your chair is busted, don't waste your money on another that's gonna break again. Fix it and make it last!

  Wish I could say enough about this company and the most amazing, incredible customer service experience I have experienced with Leslie. She went above and beyond to assist me with numerous emails and questions (even responding several times on a Sunday!) and was the most amazing and personal person to deal with...cannot say enough. She went the extra mile to assist with any and all questions and get me the right parts I would need to bring my chair back up to where it should be. I would not hesitate for a moment to contact them for anything regarding replacement parts, you will not go wrong or be sorry you did.
