    They say their merchandise is preshrunk but it will shrink more than 1" ... and although they admit to the problem they will not take the merchandise back. They are all about the $ and could care zero about the customer.

    My daughter was in the Woodland Mall Banana Republic on 8/4/2017 to purchase a dress for a wedding. The staff at this store on this day were so extremely rude to my adult child that she actually called me to share her experience. What I heard was something that absolutely needs correction from managment. While shopping, more than one of the women who were working looked at my ninteen-year-old daughter up and down then, with snarky tones asked if there was something they could 'help' her with. My daughter works in the customer service industry and could NOT believe the way these employees treated and judged her. She got the impression by their eye rolls and tone of their words that they believed she should not be there. They did NOT want to 'help' her. It was as though she did not match the 'standards' of who they believe should be shopping in that store. She was extremely disappointed in the way these two women behaved and after she shared her experience with me, I felt compelled to share as well. Someone in management needs to look into who worked this day and help these employees work towards creating a customer service style that fosters kindness and a non-judgmental tone. My daughter works extremely hard and had plenty of money to spend in your store but after this experience, chose to head somewhere where the employees were kind and helpful....JCREW got her money that day. As a business owner myself, I would want to know how my employees are treating potential customers. I hope changes are made. It will be a LONG time before either of us try this store again.
