  I called to pay a bill. They charged me over $650 more than what I told them I wanted to pay. When I realized it and called back, they said they had me down for the whole thing to be charged. I told them that wasn't the discussion. The ladies I talked to worked quick to get me the money back, but my card had closed. I asked that the manager call and wanted to see if for the hassle and trouble, he would make my next bill $75 like the first one since it was their mistake and a big one. He told me that he hasn't heard of a card closing like mine did. It's called picking your own payment date and choosing your billing period. So besides doubting me, he offered me $20 off. I cancelled and won't go back as obviously his doubt and lack of customer service shows the true colors. Gets more and more expensive every year.
